    About the Role


    E*TRADE’s Corporate Services (ETCS) is the leader in equity compensation administration for public and private corporations driving retail brokerage accounts and assets for E*TRADE Financial Corporation. We execute on this objective by providing a best-in-class administration platform, service excellence through our service delivery model, and a robust participant experience to integrate equity awards into an overall financial picture. This strategically important division is a key revenue driver of retail brokerage accounts and assets for E*TRADE Securities.

    The Senior Manager, Solutions Architects, will report into the Director, Corporate Services and is responsible for managing the Solutions Architect team and partnering with the Director of Sales and Regional Vice Presidents to attract and win new equity compensation client business and assist with client satisfaction and retention goals. This role requires a proven leader with strong management skills and the ability to implement strategy and process around sales activities and client solutions.  The Senior Manager is a highly motivated, results-oriented individual and will have experience with resource allocation planning, sales metric tracking, client meeting preparation, industry presentations and thought leadership engagement.


    • Lead a team that is responsible for delivering presentations as the technical product resources, including system capabilities and reporting demonstrations
    • Develop scalable programs that help educate and communicate E*TRADE’s equity compensation offering to clients, with a focus on E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online platform, reporting and etrade.com experience
    • Design strategies and process for how the Solutions Architect team qualifies prospective client business opportunities, including internal research, referral management and problem solving
    • Partner closely with the Director of Sales and Regional Vice Presidents of Relationship Management to identify and implement process improvement that increases sales and enhances client satisfaction
    • Lead team strategies and develop effective project management that meets deadlines and provides targeted and tailored messaging for Requests for Proposals
    • Manage the Solutions Architect team’s overall planning and execution process of client and prospect site visits and meetings, including key messaging, dry-runs, and logistics
    • Attend and present at E*TRADE’s Directions conference, industry conferences and events to stay up to date on equity compensation plan standards
    • Partner with the Head of Product to identify and share industry trends and help prioritize the product development road map
    • Partner and build relationships with industry Centers of Influence and third-party consulting firms



    • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related discipline
    • Qualified candidate should have 7+ years of experience in financial services, consulting services or a firm offering B2B benefit plan services (e.g. Retirement, Stock Plan Administration, Total Rewards Executive Compensation, Financial Services Consulting).
    • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a sales or client facing team
    • Strong strategy planning and metrics tracking reporting abilities


    • Individuals with proven sales or client management experience and business metric tracking
    • Master’s preferred
    • Equity administration or B2B benefit plan service experience are a plus
    • Effective leader and communicator that can add value and actively drive strategy for final sales meetings with prospects or existing clients
    • Ability to engage and interact with all levels of personnel, including CFOs, Controllers, and heads of Human Resources
    • Collaborative working style to develop/sustain productive work relationships with senior leaders and inspire teamwork with project constituencies
    • The successful candidate will be an experienced self-starter and have excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of achieving success in a fast-paced, results-driven organization
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage milestones for multiple concurrent projects
    • CEP, FINRA series 24, 7 and 63 preferred, otherwise must be completed after hire
