The Analyst, Vendor Operations is primarily responsible for the enablement of suppliers within our new E-procurement system. This position requires someone who is able to work independently, is a self-starter, able to respond in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. The ideal individual must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining full attention to details and priorities.
This role owns the enablement of the suppliers they are allocated. They coordinate between the suppliers, E*TRADE relationship owners, Ariba and other E*TRADE functions to ensure that the suppliers allocated are enabled and ready to operate in the Ariba environment by the date defined in the master project plan. Excellent time management skills with intermediate Microsoft Office skills are required. Superior customer service experience is needed to interact with suppliers and maintaining a positive image to all E*TRADE stakeholders at all times.
