Summary

At E*Trade, data drives our decision-making. As part of the Business Analysis team, you will use data to inform and support business decisions for all departments within E*Trade Corporate Services (ETCS). Using your technical skills, business acumen, and creativity, you will analyze data and generate insight that will allow ETCS to quickly and accurately see how our key business products and processes are performing. You’ll be involved in projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that your reporting delivers high-quality and relevant data to intelligently grow our business.

Responsibilities

• Create actionable, informative summaries from a variety of data sources
• Utilize data from multiple data sources while maintaining data integrity
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement / automation opportunities

Basic

• 2+ years working in analytics / business intelligence environment or like fields
• 2+ years using SQL for joining, extracting, and summarizing data
• 2+ years designing, developing, and maintaining report / dashboards
• 2+ years creating / maintaining reporting and visual analysis in Excel
• BA/BS/BE in data/analytical related area

Preferred

• Considerable familiarity building / managing data tables in SQL/DB2
• Significant experience creating presentations using Powerpoint
• Exposure to Salesforce reporting and analytics
