The Senior Business Continuity Manager will assist the Business Continuity Director with managing the enterprise business continuity program by assisting with developing the program strategy and strategy implementation. Additional responsibilities include providing guidance and facilitation to the business in the development, testing, and executing business continuity plans.
These responsibilities will be performed in accordance with all regulatory requirements with the goal of establishing a best in class business continuity program. Furthermore, the Senior Business Continuity Manager will oversee development and operations of supporting applications.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the business continuity framework, bank regulatory compliance responsibilities, use of technology to automate planning activities, and strategies for continuous monitoring and program improvement.
