    About the Role

     

    SUMMARY

    E*TRADE Financial is looking for a Product Management professional with expertise in bringing superior digital customer experiences to market. This professional will be responsible for creating customer-first financial/brokerage website experiences, managing product roadmaps, and working cross-functionally to drive digital initiatives across E*TRADE. Candidates must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, and have a proven track record in delivering improved user experiences in a complex digital eco-system.

     

    Deliver Results

    • Drive pace and quality of the product
    • Own the end-to-end execution plan for digital initiatives
    • Create project documents and requirements (user stories, migration plans, communication plans, presentations)
    • Keep the team on track by driving priorities

     

    Customer-Centric

    • Collaborate with product and design on the best user experience
    • Understand customer needs and translate into practical solutions
    • Collect and apply qualitative feedback

    Analytical and Strategic Problem Solver

    • Analyze data through the lens of the customer problem
    • Gather actionable insights and make decisions
    • Understand the competitor landscape when applying solutions
    • Clearly define success metrics and interpret results
    • Leverage strong technical acumen to solve the customer problem

    Facilitator/Connector

    • Work and collaborate closely with UX, Design, Development, Marketing and Customer Service to efficiently launch
    • innovative features
    • Lead with transparency and collaboration to gather consensus and reach goals

     

    Qualifications

     

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in digital product development/management, with strong supporting skills to include product management, business analysis, project management, UX & design expertise, and requirements writing
    • Subject matter expertise of financial products is desired
    • Practical experience working within the Scrum Framework and Agile methodologies
    • Self-motivated, demonstrated leadership, organized, detailed, collaborative, excellent written and oral skills.
    • Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science,
    • Information Systems or related
