    E*TRADE Financial is looking for a Product Manager with a strong understanding of Financial Markets and knowledge of retail brokerage operations.

    The desired candidate should be a self-starter, a problem solver and must be driven to solve complex business issues.



    • Acts as our primary liaison between business and technology partners in reviewing and developing requirements for business processes.
    • Strong Business Analyst skills with an emphasis on the ability to write large, complex requirements documents. Create product artifacts (business requirements, functional requirements, migration plans, communication plans, project updates for senior management) and gain approval from business and technology leaders.
    • Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with other product teams, technology, QA and customer service. Ability to lead cross-functionally and bring the group to a resolution.
    • In-depth knowledge, experience and understanding of the end-to-end Product Development processes within an Agile software development framework.
    • Coordinate project/product requirements to ensure appropriate development schedules, design criteria, costs and technical specifications meet the defined business need.
    • Align with user experience team on user interaction, customer experience and integrate resulting designs and methodology into projects.
    • Ability to lead user design and focus group discussions.
    • Define and implement strategic product plans and roadmaps for Stock Plan Administration and the Participant experience.
    • Initiate and develop new product offerings as well as product enhancements to support corporate goals and clients' needs.
    • Manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines simultaneously.
    • Subject matter expert, assisting with the role of crafting communications to our internal partners.
    • Lead process mapping workshops with diverse business groups.
    • Equity compensation and brokerage services knowledge.
    • Flexibility for travel.





    • 2-5 years of experience in product development, web UI development and/or project management.
    • Experience managing the definition and execution of projects (conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation).
    • Knowledge of financial products is required.
    • Working knowledge of Excel, Visio, JIRA. 


    • Understanding of SEC Rule 10b5-1 Plans.
    • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
    • Superior analytical, interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, and technical), presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, team player, and organized.
    • Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    • Superior public speaking and client engagement capabilities.
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
